With installations in Monaco, Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and Singapore Aveillant is ramping up sales of its Gamekeeper product. A Sales & Marketing Manager is now required to lead this charge.

The Role

The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of sales and marketing for Aveillant. This covers the responsibility for the acquisition of new business to meet the forecast order intake, development and management of global channels to market, and the promotion of the company’s product and service offerings both through direct marketing and channel partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline
    • Deliver on sales and pipeline development targets in line with the company’s overall business plan
    • Manage the prioritisation of sales resource across the opportunities in the pipeline to maximise wins whilst maintaining early stage pipeline development
    • Accurately report on sales opportunities through a monthly forecast (Stage, Close Date, Probability)
  • Work directly on individual opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to contract closure, including hands-on bid/proposal generation
  • In line with company strategy and business plan, develop new partnerships and channels to market with established industry leaders in order to increase sales
  • Input to generic product pricing strategy and to individual price decisions at bid review stage

  • Own the marketing and promotional function, including:
    • Development and execution of an annual costed marketing plan (conferences, advertising, exhibitions)
    • Production of marketing collateral to support promotion and direct sales opportunities
    • Support channel partners in their promotional activities to maximise their effectiveness in marketing Gamekeeper around the world


Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to win new business and close orders in a new product/new market environment
  • Experience of high value, complex B2B sales
  • Credibility to interact at senior levels with customers and partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A highly motivated self-starter, able to operate effectively with minimal oversight
  • Knowledgeable in the use of standard tools for sales pipeline management and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho etc)
