Aveillant Heads To Madrid For World ATM Congress
4 – 6 March 2014
Stand No.: 303
UK technology company Aveillant is exhibiting at this year’s World ATM Congress in Madrid to promote its 3D Holographic Radar™ technology to international audiences – and hoping to pick up an award at the same time.
Aveillant’s unique real time 3D radar solution has been independently assessed to exceed EuroControl requirements for wind farm clutter mitigation and it has been nominated for the ‘innovation award’ at Jane’s IHS ATC Awards Ceremony which takes place on the 3 March at the Conference Dinner.
3D Holographic Radar™ has been proven to clearly distinguish between wind turbines and aircraft, feeding only aircraft positional information to airport radars without the turbine clutter. Tested by aviation authorities in the UK and US, Aveillant is now seeking international partners to help promote its solutions and services around the world.
John Allan, Commercial Director at Aveillant, explains: “We’re confident that our 3D Holographic Radar™ will change the nature of surveillance radars in the future. Its application in remediating wind farm turbine clutter has been shown to greatly outperform the traditional solutions currently available on the market. The World ATM Congress provides a great platform for us to demonstrate the benefits of 3D Holographic Radar™ to ATC experts from around the world and we’re looking forward to a busy few days!”
